Bergen Orgelsommer - Bergen International Organ Festival - Ellinor Grimnes

Ellinor Grimnes is educated at the Norwegian Academy of Music and the Royal Conservatory of Music in Denmark. In the spring of 2022, she will completed her master's degree in organ and choral conducting at the University of Agder. Grimnes has studied with professors Inger Lise Ulsrud, Terje Winge, Ulrik Spang Hansen and associate professor Anders Eidsten Dahl. Grimnes has played concerts with choirs, soloists and ensembles, as well as solo concerts. 

Grimnes plays a wide selection from all over organ literature, but has a particular fondness for cultivating Norwegian cultural treasures beyond the organ. Since 2023, she has been employed in Tangen Church in Drammen. She is committed to her profession as organist and has started a children's choir in Drammen. She also has several projectchoirs every year with both children and adults. 

Bergen international Organ Festival - 29 June till 24 August
Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, respectively in Bergen Cathedral, St. Mary's Church and St. John's Church. In addition, concerts in Nykirken (the new Church) and St. Paul's church.

Bergen Orgelsommer - 29. juni til 24. august. Søndager, tirsdager og onsdager i henholdsvis Bergen domkirke, Mariakirken og Johanneskirken. Konserter også i Nykirken og St. Pauls kirke.
